Crunchy Roasted Chickpea

Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 can chickpeas/ garbanzo beans low-sodium or no salt added
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tbsp Trader Joes Sriracha seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Trader Joes Ranch seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
- Drain and rinse chickpeas with water
- Dry chickpeas with clean dish towels
- Add dried chickpeas to two separate bowls
- Add olive oil and preferred seasoning into the bowls and mix thoroughly
- Line cookie tray with parchment paper and spread chickpeas into a single layer on the tray
- Bake for 30-40 minutes and turn chickpeas mid-way
- Allow roasted chickpeas to cool completely before storing in air-tight containers
