Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

  • 2 can chickpeas/ garbanzo beans low-sodium or no salt added
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tbsp Trader Joes Sriracha seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Trader Joes Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning optional


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
  • Drain and rinse chickpeas with water
  • Dry chickpeas with clean dish towels
  • Add dried chickpeas to two separate bowls
  • Add olive oil and preferred seasoning into the bowls and mix thoroughly
  • Line cookie tray with parchment paper and spread chickpeas into a single layer on the tray
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes and turn chickpeas mid-way
  • Allow roasted chickpeas to cool completely before storing in air-tight containers
